The Youth Disability Advocacy Network (YDAN) is located in a building called “Oasis Lotteries House”. The address is 37 Hampden Road, Nedlands, 6009.
Parking
- There is one ACROD parking space at the office – this is located at the front of the building next to the entrance.
- There are multiple parallel street parking bays on Hampden Road.
- There is also parking available on surrounding streets and in public car parks owned by the City of Nedlands. It is you/your parents/guardian’s own responsibility to read and comply with the relevant parking signs and regulations that relate to where you have parked.
Public Transport
- The Purple Central Area Transit (CAT) bus stops just outside our building. This is a free service departing every 10 minutes. You do not need a SmartRider to use this bus service.
- There is also other TransPerth buses, including the 950, that will commute to this location that you can find using the JourneyPlanner.
Bathrooms
- There is an accessible toilet in front of building off hallway, however, the doorway to this toilet may be a little narrow. Please let us know if this is a concern for you and we can discuss and/or send measurements and photos of the doorway.
- There is a Unisex toilet block and shower facilities at rear of building.
Meeting space
- We can ensure that the aircon temperature is good for you and we can turn the lights off and just use the outside daylight to light the room if the lights are too bright.
- There will be plenty of fidget tools/toys, pens, paper, and other things you can use during the event.
- We will have masks available
- There will be air purifiers in the room
