The YDAN Team
The YDAN Team is how we refer to our dedicated Board members, operational staff and volunteers. We pride ourselves on leading by example through engaging people with disabilities to lead and run the organisation and operate as a team.
Board
Our Board is comprised of young people aged 12-25 from WA, who identify as having a disability.
Board Members are volunteers who meet monthly and provide the direction and vision for the organisation.
They identify and discuss issues of importance to young people with disabilities. The Board sets the agenda for the organisation which includes its advocacy, consultation forums, events, and projects which may be beneficial or important to members.

Youth Consultants
Our Youth Consultants are a dedicated team of young people with disability. Youth Consultants facilitate workshops, conduct experiential audits, and facilitate our chill out spaces. YDAN employs young people with disability to ensure that our work is for young people, by young people.
