The YDAN Team
The YDAN Team is how we refer to our dedicated Board members, operational staff and volunteers. We pride ourselves on leading by example through engaging people with disabilities to lead and run the organisation and operate as a team.
Board
Our Board is comprised of young people aged 12-25 from Western Australia, who identify as having a disability. Board Members are volunteers who meet monthly and provide the direction and vision for the organisation. They identify and discuss issues of importance to young people with disabilities, which are YDAN’s members. The Board sets the agenda for the organisation which includes its advocacy, consultation forums, events, and projects which may be beneficial or important to members.

Operations team
Our Operational Staff are passionate, dedicated people with incredibly useful skills and insights that enable the organisation to deliver on its strategic plan and desired outcomes. This includes our project staff, and our general Team Members who deliver our services to the community.
