The YDAN Team is how we refer to our dedicated Executive Committee members, operational staff and volunteers. We pride ourselves on leading by example through engaging people with disabilities to lead and run the organisation and operate as a team.
Our Executive Committee is comprised of young people aged 12-25 from Western Australia, who identify as having a disability. The Executive Committee Officers all volunteer their time to meet monthly and provide the direction and vision for the organisation. They identify and discuss issues of importance to young people with disabilities, which are YDAN’s members. The Executive Committee set the agenda for the organisation which includes its advocacy, consultation forums, events, and projects which may be beneficial or important to members.

Our Operational Staff are passionate, dedicated people with incredibly useful skills and insights that enable the organisation to deliver on its strategic plan and desired outcomes. This includes our project staff, and our general Team Members who deliver our services to the community.
